GIBIESSE was founded in 1994 for the production and assembly of electronic boards made with THT (Through Hole Terminal) Technology and SMT (Surface Mount Technology), and the production of assembled electronic equipment for the electromedical and industrial sectors in general.
It designs and produces, in particular, microprocessor logic and power boards that meet the safety regulations for electromedical machines, with high quality standards, thanks to the application of increasingly reliable and stringent production measures.
GIBIESSE is a business reality with completely Italian technology, with over 30 years of experience in the field of board assembling for the electromedical, oil and automotive sectors, as well as for industrial automation systems in general.
In 2006 GIBIESSE successfully obtained its first quality certification (ISO 9001:2000). The first quality management system certification marks a fundamental stage in the Company’s progress towards the recognition of its high quality standards and levels.
In fact, GIBIESSE’s Management deeply believes in the quality management system and expresses its commitment to its development, aware that the organization’s mission is to ensure the achievement of product requirements, guarantee the satisfaction of Customer requirements and legal and regulatory obligations.
All company functions are involved in order to operate in order to achieve continuous improvement of products, processes, Customer and interested party satisfaction, through the achievement of measurable objectives.
Transfer to the new production site in Seriate.
In 2007 GIBIESSE moved from Pedrengo, still within the Bergamo area, to Seriate, in the new property of about 2000 square meters, responding to the new need for space to accommodate new technologically advanced machinery and to be able to grow over the years.
2018 marks another milestone in the GIBIESSE Quality Management System with the transition to the new ISO 9001:2015 Certification standard.
In fact, the support activity by the entire company continues towards the Quality Policy, which consists of the set of general guidelines and objectives that the Management formalizes in a clear and understandable way, and which it submits to the various company levels, so that they can take action to apply and achieve them.
In order to achieve this objective, GIBIESSE establishes and maintains a Quality Management System compliant with the requirements of the standard currently in force; perfectly inserted and integrated into the general management system of the Company.
Since September 23, 2019, GIBIESSE has become part of the DP group.
DigitalPlatforms SpA (DP) is a rapidly growing Italian industrial group operating in the Internet of Things, Cyber and digital technologies sector.

During 2021, the acquisition process of El&Tec began, a Milanese company with several years of experience in the assembly of electronic boards with SMT and THT technology, which ensures a production of 40K components/hour.
Among the main activities of the Company, we have technical support for the development of electronic products and systems, complete product engineering through the definition of the production process, the creation of masters for printed circuits and the generation of the technical documentation necessary for production, boasting additional high-quality services such as efficient testing and trials, as well as complete traceability of products and processes.
Through a process of gradual increase in ownership shares, this process was completed on 12/31/2023, when the merger by incorporation of El&tec Srl into the parent company GIBIESSE Srl was completed.
On 12/31/2023 GIBIESSE acquires total control of El&tec. The new Plant in Inzago becomes the Italian industrial hub for the production of high quality and reliable electronic boards.

The DP Group is currently composed of a parent company and seven subsidiaries and employs 460 resources, including engineers, programmers, IT consultants, laboratory technicians, researchers, operating from sixteen offices or factories all based in Italy.
DP has a Production Value of approximately 77 million Euros, constantly growing, generated mostly by Italian institutions and companies, and by important foreign companies.
In possession of the main security authorizations, DP collaborates with all the large integrators and suppliers of Italian Defense platforms and is an AIAD (Italian Defense Companies Association) federated company.
It is also a certified vendor with the Council of Europe and NATO.
